DMHA Rep Hockey for the 2008-2009 Season

Planning for 2008-2009 Rep Hockey in Dundas is now underway. The call for coaches has gone out and ice time for tryouts in April has been confirmed.

• Coaches must be in place in advance of tryouts for a division to proceed.
• Tryout rules and policies as well as the tryout schedule will be posted shortly.Of special note :

• Tyke Division  - we will be holding tryouts for Tyke (players born in 2001) in the spring this year rather than the fall. Players born in 2002 may also tryout for Tyke, but if successful in rostering a position, will be required in successive years to meet the DMHA Out of Age Policy to play in a division above.
• Novice Division and Above  - players wishing to tryout for a team above their age appropriate division must meet the criteria of the DMHA Out of Age Policy as documented in the Rules of Operation. Players may not tryout for an AE team in a division above - they may only tryout in a division above for the BB 1st entry team.
• Midget Division - we will be offering tryouts for a Minor Midget Team (players born in 1993) and a Midget Team (players born in 1991 &1992).
