Please note that you are able to claim your registration fees for the Child Fitness Tax Credit for the 2007 taxation year.  To this end the DMHA will be maintaining member access to the on line registration system for an extended period so that all members can print off a copy of their invoice for this purpose (if they have not already done so).  Please note that it is the responsibility of each member to print off their own receipt for base registration fees.

The registration system is accessed from the Online Registration page. Click on the "Launch Member Area" button to display the login window. Enter your email address and password to access the Member Area. Click on "Registration", then "Youth Registration".  On the right side of the screen you will see “history”.  Click on "history" to display your “Registration/Payment History”. Print this page for your records.

Please note the system will close as of December 1st in order to prepare for next season, so print off your receipts as soon as possible. No further receipts will be issued after this date.
